The role
Own the foundational Platform layer for MongoDB's Application Modernization Platform, including compute infrastructure, IAM, observability stacks, and customer-facing dashboard. Drive adoption and reliability across a multi-tenant SaaS platform serving enterprise customers through self-service capabilities and measurable infrastructure outcomes.
Requirements
- ·4+ years PM experience in platform, infrastructure, observability, or SRE domains
- ·Deep technical fluency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD
- ·Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, ABAC authorization models
- ·Experience defining and tracking SLIs/SLOs/error budgets and reliability metrics
- ·Hands-on familiarity with API gateways, service mesh patterns, microservices architecture
