Staff Product Manager - API & Agentic Banking

Mercury is a banking platform built for startups offering checking, savings, treasury, and venture debt products.

Own Mercury's API platform and AI integrations to enable customers and AI agents to interact with banking programmatically. Drive strategy for ecosystem connectivity, agentic workflows, and AI-powered financial interactions while partnering with engineering on technical tradeoffs.

• ·10+ years of product management experience with meaningful API products, developer tools, or AI-powered products
• ·Active hands-on experience building with AI tools and understanding of agentic workflows and MCP
• ·Strong understanding of developer and technical user needs and API design tradeoffs
• ·Ability to develop nascent product areas into coherent strategy with clear roadmap
• ·Demonstrated success building infrastructure products largely invisible to end users
