Senior Data Product Manager, Product Telemetry

MongoDB is a developer data platform offering a document database, Atlas cloud service, and search for modern applications.

Build and scale data products (pipelines, datasets, dashboards, APIs, ML models) for MongoDB's internal Product & Technology teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Own the vision and strategy for telemetry and product adoption insights that empower teams to understand customer behavior and accelerate product innovation.

• ·5+ years product management experience, 2+ years focused on data products/platforms
• ·Experience partnering with advanced engineering organizations and understanding software development lifecycle
• ·Strong technical foundation in data engineering, analytics, and modern data architecture
• ·Deep familiarity with lakehouses, medallion data architecture, and enterprise-scale data platforms
• ·Proven ability to prioritize roadmap, balance innovation with tech debt, and drive adoption
