Own product strategy and roadmap for GitLab's custom models and self-hosted AI capabilities, working across engineering and design to deliver flexible AI offerings that balance model choice, deployment patterns, and infrastructure constraints for enterprise customers.

• ·Product strategy ownership for technical platform, infrastructure, or AI-driven products
• ·Knowledge of AI model ecosystems including custom, open, and open weight models
• ·Familiarity with self-hosted/self-managed software and operational customer needs
• ·Ability to work effectively with engineers on configuration, deployment, and hardware constraints
• ·Principal-level scope with strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment ownership
