Own Maven's claims and payments infrastructure—claims adjudication, payer integrations, and payment operations tooling—partnering with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure members, providers, and employers are paid accurately and on time.

• ·1-3 years product, operations, or analytical experience in healthcare, fintech, or B2B2C
• ·Strong analytical skills with comfort in data analysis and pattern identification
• ·Detail orientation—precision critical given real consequences for members and providers
• ·High ownership mentality with proactive issue flagging and follow-through
• ·Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and agentic development environments preferred
