Product Manager, Data Engine

Scale AI provides data labeling, evaluation, and RLHF services that power AI model training for leading AI labs.

Build and architect ML Ops infrastructure and tooling for Scale AI's Public Sector data engine, enabling government customers to develop, evaluate, and deploy reliable computer vision and generative AI models at scale. Own the roadmap for foundational tools spanning data management, curation, model development, and test & evaluation frameworks that serve as ground truth for critical national security systems.

• ·Software Engineering, Field Engineering, or Vision Systems background with ability to read code and understand system architecture
• ·Experience in Computer Vision or ML Ops with understanding of full model lifecycle from data acquisition to Test & Evaluation
• ·Demonstrated grit and ability to deliver results in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
• ·Structured thinking with decomposition and action planning skills; ability to drive technical decisions on infrastructure and APIs
• ·Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance preferred; willingness to obtain clearance if not held
