Rubrik is a cloud data management and ransomware recovery platform protecting enterprise data across hybrid environments.

Own the AI platform architecture powering Rubrik Security Cloud's control plane, designing governance frameworks, guardrails, and multi-tool orchestration that enable AI agents to safely discover, select, and execute actions at scale. Partner with development, security, and compliance teams to build an enterprise-grade agentic infrastructure layer that balances capability with safety, cost, and reliability.

• ·9+ years product management with significant platform or infrastructure experience
• ·5+ years enterprise IT infrastructure market (cloud and on-prem) experience
• ·Deep technical fluency in AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures
• ·Experience building governance, trust, or safety frameworks for AI systems
• ·Demonstrated strategic planning and execution capability
