Rubrik is a cloud data management and ransomware recovery platform protecting enterprise data across hybrid environments.

Own the AI platform infrastructure powering Rubrik Security Cloud's control plane, designing governance frameworks, guardrails, and multi-tool orchestration that enable AI agents to act safely and reliably. Partner with development and security teams to build an enterprise-grade agentic platform that balances capability, safety, and compliance.

• ·9+ years product management with significant platform or infrastructure experience
• ·5+ years enterprise IT infrastructure market experience (cloud and on-prem)
• ·Deep technical fluency in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and agentic architectures
• ·Experience building governance, trust, or safety frameworks for AI systems
• ·Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans independently
