Senior Staff Product Manager, Query

MongoDB is a developer data platform offering a document database, Atlas cloud service, and search for modern applications.

Own the multi-year product strategy, architecture, and monetization for MongoDB's distributed query engine and query system, serving as the primary product authority for the entire Query business unit. Partner with distinguished engineers and executive leadership to define strategic direction, de-risk major bets, and balance long-term monetization against business outcomes while mentoring senior product managers.

• ·10+ years professional experience with significant product leadership in platform, infrastructure, or database domains
• ·Deep technical fluency in database query engines, query languages (SQL, MQL), distributed systems
• ·B.Sc. in technical discipline, Computer Science preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• ·Proven success delivering complex cross-functional projects and writing multi-year business cases
• ·Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical issues to executive leadership and diverse audiences
