Staff IT Product Manager, Sales & Marketing

Rubrik is a cloud data management and ransomware recovery platform protecting enterprise data across hybrid environments.

Own the Sales technology ecosystem (Salesforce, forecasting, territory management) and serve as primary IT guardian for SOX compliance across revenue-impacting systems. Drive end-to-end lead-to-cash process optimization while maintaining oversight of Marketing and Web tech stacks integration.

• ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• ·Minimum 10 years in IT Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst role
• ·Demonstrated expertise across Sales, Revenue Operations, or Finance systems
• ·Solid understanding of SOX IT general controls, change management, and audit processes
• ·Experience designing scalable, secure system architectures with integration depth
